Combigan Eye Drop Formulated with Timolol 5 mg and Brimonidine 2 mg used to manage ocular hypertension and glaucoma. Timolol is a beta blocker while Brimonidine is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
