DENTOGEL GEL 10G. Stocked under our skincare range at the pharmacy. Dentogel Gel Formulated with Choline Salicylate 8.7%w/w and Lidocaine Topical 2%w/w used to manage mouth sores. Choline Salicylate is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID). Its effect comes from blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the mouth. Lidocaine Topical is a local anesthetic which forms a protective coating over the mouth sores and blocks pain signals to further relieve pain.
