It is also called a 'probiotic ' a friendly organism that helps to fight off disease causing organisms in the gut such as bacteria and yeast. It is used against: Diarrhoea or antibiotic caused diarrhoea, Irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, yeast infection and lactose intolerance.
