Xylolin 0.05% paediatric contains Xylometazoline (0.05%) which is used in the treatment of nasal congestion. It treats congestion associated with allergies, hay fever, sinus irritation and common cold. It works by narrowing the small blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose. This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
